We in the Information Center have reason to track incoming calls with software running on a Mac (or PC) which will involve taking notes "electronically" from within an application. I need my application to be able to extract caller ID info from the phone system as a call comes in. Does anyone out there know of a card or easily connectable device that will connect to my MAC (via serial port) or PC (via serial port) and let me do this? Is it possible to make a device like this if one is not available.?
