I was all set to have this mailed over when I found out that the ftp
server at bitftp1@pucc.bitnet now talks to BITNET, EARN, and some other
net customers only.

Can anyone direct me to an ftp server that will talk to me?  Or would
some kind soul offer to mail this file to me?  (please start with the
offer, not the file; I'd hate to stuff my mailbox with the same thing).
Is it small enough to post?  (again, there should be some negotiation
before 5 copies of the same thing get posted).
