I'm installing MicroEMACS 3.10 on a hp900s800 under hp-ux, and want
to install the library stuff (*.cmd, emacs.hlp, emacs.tut) in
/usr/local/lib/uEmacs.  I set this as one of the search paths in
"epath.h", but uE doesn't seem to be finding anything.

How do I force this beast to see the files?
