Hi there,

	I am a newuser on the net.  I want to know how to use it to
	do research.  How can I find out about all the resources
	available on the net and get at them?  Does any one know of any good 
	non-technical user's guide for beginners?  Guidance of any
	sort will be a big help. Thanks!
