The TCC command is available on watmsg.  TCC takes C++ code that contains
class and function templates, runs it through the Texas Instruments COOL
preprocessor, and hands the result to the CC command.  The template syntax
is close to the syntax in the Annotated Reference Manual.  On watmsg, "man
TCC" should give further details soon.
