     What's the definitive document for the language definition?  I have
an AT&T memo with Strostrup's marginal notes, but I assume there's something
more final available.  I need something good enough that when Compiler A and 
Compiler B handle class library C differently, I can tell who's wrong.  
Strostrup's new book is due out in June; will that be it?
