I am looking for a program that can be used for nonlinear optimization
problems, which is written in c++ or c.

If possible, I would like to see a routine based on Nelder-Mead algorithm.
I prefer a routine for MS-DOS machines.

Any help, or comment in this regard hightly appreciated.
