The standard is quite reasonable, and I will be altering my implementations to adhere to it. It has been well thought out and well written. I particularly like the idea of allowing CORE words to be supplied in source form only; helps to keep a system small if it is required to be so. I found the rationale boxes very illuminating; although it seemed as if they were repeated in the Annex.
