Actually, I called up JPI today and spoke to Chris, and he told me that it comes with the TechKit which I had.  So I looked and looked for the TSR files but couldn't find them.  So I called him back and asked him on which disk they where on, and came to find out that they were not on the 3.00 disk, and that I have to get the 3.01 disk to have the TSR and RS232 stuff.
