Hi there,

I'm trying to compile a list of requirements users make on electronic
mail services. While I'm focussing on technical issues, any comments
are very welcome.

I am particular interested in:

  - what you and people you know think e-mail should provide for
  - in reports on experiences made with e-mail systems
  - recommendations for additional sources of information and
    further readings

I will publish the results in the newsgroups.
