Called Kawai.  They said it was DOWN.  Been having problems with too many 
people on too long.  Said they were working on a fix (presumably to limit the
amount of time allowed per user--used to be an hour for free!).  Said it would
be back up (new and improved) in a couple of weeks.  The number, presumably, 
will still be 1-800-465-0271.  Good luck all...and don't stay on too long 
when it does come back on-line!
