What may be causing some confusion is the fact that the DECUS symposium registration people will not sell CDroms to non-Americans when they register. It was possible however to buy the CDroms at the library booth on site regardless of who you are. I tried to find out why this is at the Atlanta symposium, but no-one could tell me (not even the people at the library booth).
