The subject line says it: where can i get the Specifications for NDIS-Drivers
and Packet Drivers from ? 

I called Microsoft, answer: "you have to by our os/2 lanmanger developers
license....", Microsoft Germany didn't even know what i was talking about.

any are pointers welcome!
