I've noticed that since I have installed GCC 1.39 that when I compile
programs with it, they tend to do a core dump.  But when I compile the
same program with the stock CC, I don't have a problem.  

I wondered if anyone else was having peculiar problems with this latest
version of GCC as well... or is this just my imagination :-}
