They should be more in tune. Actually, I would hope that file conversion routines would get shipped with the Toaster. Being "open" to the world of options that a customer might want to take advantage of is part of the responsiveness that any good company should have towards its customers. I think it is unfortunate that many Amiga customers have to dig up their own conversion utilities. If I was selling an expensive peripheral like the Toaster I would certainly make sure that simple utilities were available to make its output jive with as many platforms as possible.
