	Does anyone know if it is possible to recieve these Newsgroups
	outside the academic community ?  What I want to do is recieve
	and contribute to them on my Amiga via a modem from home.  Are
	there any bulletin boards  or  user groups  which  support the
	Newsgroups (particularly alt.* and comp.*) ?
