I just got 4 Megs extra added to my A3000. So now I have 4 Megs of fast ram and 2 Megs of chip memory. Everything seems to work more or less normal but each time I boot up the machine shows a different amount of chip ram. Sometimes it shows 900K of chip ram, sometimes it shows 1.1 Megs, and every once in a while it will show 1.4 or 1.5 Megs of chip ram. What's the deal, why doesn't it show more or less the same amount of chip ram each time it boots? Confused, --George -- George L.
