SetRamsey is (in unison now) WRONG. What it calls "static column" is really "page mode". The current Ramsey/DMAC doesn't handle page mode properly, and the OS never turns on that bit. SetRamsey is TRUELY ancient, and predates the release of the A3000 to the public. The OS knows how to recognize SCRAM and use them.
