My question is this; can I continue to use >the 2091 as a RAM card (with no hard drives hooked up to it) and use the controler on the GVP board instead, or will something conflict and not work right? It should work fine; that's why we have an auto-config architecture. Of course, I don't have any direct knowlege of the GVP hardware in question. BTW, 32-bit ram makes a BIG difference with '030's. You might want to try to sell the 2091 with ram and buy some 32-bit ram. -- Randell Jesup, Jack-of-quite-a-few-trades, Commodore Engineering. {uunet|rutgers}!cbmvax!jesup, jesup@cbmvax.cbm.commodore.com BIX: rjesup Disclaimer: Nothing I say is anything other than my personal opinion.
