Ah hem....   I may be a bit biased, but you left out proline.  one of the
few Apple BBSes with internet access (Almost a requirement these days for a
serious BBS.)  Also the support is excellent, and the code is written in
BASIC, so it's easy to modify (Although not recomended, or needed often.)
