While I have been generally thrilled with the products and service from AE, the TransWarp just does not live up to its reputation. I had my TWGS replaced 4 times during the Warranty period, even though I spend most of the year at sea, and yet I still have a inoperable TWGS. Mine frequently (too much soo to be dependable) unceramoniously drops the user into an odd looking lo-res graphics type screen. Live Free or Die! -= Granite =- G.Griffin
