I think that MiGraph's SuperCharger has a facility for this.  I'm pretty sure
it only dumps .IMG files, but it's a start.  SuperCharger used to be an add-on
product for EasyDraw, but now comes included with the SuperCharged version of
EasyDraw.  Hope this helps.
