A copy is on this year's INTEREX contrib tape, and John Milburn has made a copy of the some of the stuff on this tape available via anonymous ftp from me10.lbl.gov (128.3.128.110). For the "unofficial HP GNU Emacs", I think the filename is "/pub/interex/HUGE.tar.Z".
