   Can someone tell me how to set the interrupt frequency
   on the Motorola MC146818 to something other than the
   default 1024 Hz. Status register A: Bits 3-0 are apparently
   used but what value do I put in, if I want an interrupt
   frequency of say 22 KHz, or 11 KHz, etc.
