Hi, a friend is having trouble running some software bought in here in the
US of A on his Japanese "PC" (a PC from Japan, not an IBM comptible made
by Toshiba etc. that we usually see here in USA).

1) Should his machine be able to run the software?
2) Is there a solution short of "buy a new (IBM compatible) computer" ?
