Here's the pins you have to connect to make the 9 to 25 null modem cable:

5 - 7 ground
3 - 3 receive data
2 - 2 transmit
7 - 5 clear to send
8 - 4 request to send
6 - 20 data term ready
4 - 6 data set ready

the rest is soldering ...
