There is a File Finder on CompuServe, which contains a reference database for all the files in all the Mac Libraries on CompuServe. However, the database is not directly tagged to the files, which means it isn't "automagically" updated with each new upload (it's manually updated by CI$ folks about once a month) You can search by file name, keyword, uploader, library, date uploaded, etc., and can narrow a search by applying more than one criteria.
