	I've recently been asked how to backup a Mac.  After perusing, the
manuals that Apple provides, it would appear that I need to purchase a third
party device and/or software in order to do any kind of reasonable backup.
Is this correct?  Any information or suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.  A low cost solution would be preferable.
