The Basic Connectivity Set was revved (is that a word?) for System 7.0 and were
released on the 7.0 Workgroup Upgrade CD.  They will also be available through
APDA.  We expect tools to continue to be released with applications.  We are
investigating the merits and demerits of including tools on the system disk.
