	I had the same problem with copying old DAs into the new system.  I 
found that if you copy the DA from the suitcase file to the desktop and then
from the desktop to the open-apple-menu folder it works.  I got the error 
when I tried to copy directly from the suitcase file to the open-apple-menu
folder.
