Does anyone know how to get back the flexibility of editing the "LAYO"
resource (either with ResEdit or a program like Layout) for icon placement
in windows?  The two choices offered in the Views control panel
just don't cut it.  I'm running on a Classic and need to squeeze every
last pixel out of the screen but the default icon spacings are far
too large.
