I'm sure this is a FAQ but I cant find the answer in my news
archive:

Just upgr to 7.0 on my MacSE 4Mb Ram - 3rd party 30MbHD and I wish
to change the HD icon without using Facade.  I believe the wonderful
author of facade mentioned how to do this in the past?
