It means that you put a system extension (in this case 2 inits or aliases thereof) into the startup folder, rather than the extensions folder where they belong. Items placed in the startup folder (which replaces "Set Startup" from Finder < 7.0) are opened at startup. You'll get the same dialog if you click on an init in the Finder. Under 7.0, the System Folder is intelligent; all you need to do is drag the init to the System folder and it will be placed in the correct sub-Folder. Some 7.0-unaware extensions seem to get placed in the System Folder proper; others must be aliased back to the System Folder to work properly.
