Startup without the "Finder Help" extension (for example by holding down
the shift key).  Now be perverse and try bubble help anyway.  Some things
have their help bubbles, some don't.  Control panels are explaned as
"Note Pad".  Get Info on a file, and point to the icon or the comment space.
BOMB... Error -97 (I think), resource not found.  But this fits in the
innocuous category, since you just hit OK and everything is fine.
