Color icons are built into System 7.0's Finder. BNDL resource now include
icl4's, icl8's and a couple of other icon formats that Finder will use
depending on the current color depth. If your favorite app doesn't have a
neat color icon, you can use Resedit 2.1 to create one yourself.
