Quick followup question.  I assume this may account for the
failures at 64 as well (yes, no?) which also occurs at the same
time as the 2k/4k failures?

Second quick followup question: Does making this change keep
WIN from ceasing operation?  Yes, no?

Thanks in advance for the help.  I'm sure this problem was a
mystery at CODAR!
