For example, 3Com, recently announced its NW1000 card which is a NE 1000 clone. Other clone cards are made by Artisoft, D-Link, National Semiconductor, CNet Technology Inc, Networth Inc, Telebyte Technology Inc, and probably many other companies. My question is does any one have any information on the degree of compatibility of these cards to the cards produced by either Novell or Anthem Technology Systems ? Anthem is the vendor that got the business from Novell when they stopped doing hardware. Will all drivers written for the Novell NE 1000 or 2000 work on any or all of these clone cards ? Bill Hayes HP
