I am interested in LaTeX (or possibly TeX) macros for printing a dictionary. In fact, a complete dictionary style would be the best. The idea would be to have commands for entries, definitions, examples, cross-references and so on, with parameters allowing for the choice of presentation for every part of an entry, as well as for the overall presentation of the dictionary. Any information, even very indirect pointers, will be appreciated.
