I just got Intel's sysv386 version 4 installed and am having trouble with a
hayes 2400 baud smartmodem. I can not make it dial in and dial out for uucp
like version 3.2 did. If I set it to dial out, it won't answer an incoming
call, and if i set it to answer incoming calls, it won't dial out.

Any help would be appreciated.
