Since a lot of people seem to have problems printing some of the
InterViews documents I thought I might tell you how we managed to print
the ibuild.ps document. My local PostScript guru had a look at it and he
made the following change in the function setpapername:

                /Statement 5.5 inch 8.5 inch pagedimen
                /Executive 7.5 inch 10.0 inch pagedimen
                /A3 11.69 inch 16.5 inch pagedimen

                /A4 8.5 inch 11.0 inch pagedimen <== ADD THIS LINE

                /A4 8.26 inch 11.69 inch pagedimen
                /A4Small 7.47 inch 10.85 inch pagedimen

This seems to be a well known problem with FrameMaker documents. This
fix is of course only helpful when you have a printer which uses A4
paper.
