I'm testing out WinQvt/Net version 1.6 that I downloaded from
cica.cica.indiana.edu.  The documentation says that it provides a
simple news reader if an NNTP server is available.  We have an NNTP
server for news and I've set up my NEWS.RC file and I've identified the
hostname and activated the nntphost setting.  It still doesn't work.

Anyone got any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?
