When calling ``DialogBox()'' the 3rd parameter is the parent of the
dialog box.  Normally, thats the main window.  Has anyone tried making
a Dialog Box within a Dialog Box?  Like this:

	DialogBox(hInst, "inner box", hDlg, lpfnInnerDlgProc);
