	How can I change the working directory for WinExec();

	I need to run Excel in response to a failed DDEInitiate, but
	I have excel in a directory that is not in the path.

	The SDK has no leads in the indexes or in the tables of
	chapter 3 of Vol.1

	I have never had to use WinExec before...

	Any help would be appreciated.
