Is there an Internet email address by which one could contact
Dan Heller, the author of the O'Reilly "XView Programming Manual"?
The preface to the book gives "xview@ora.UU.NET" as the Internet
mail address, but this is bogus, or at least unreachable from 
my system.

I'd like to report a number of mistakes and ommissions that I've 
found.
