I've made a few changes to the format ..

FTP: lines are in the same format used by comp.archives, ie.

>FTP:            contrib/ups.2.31.tar.Z:export.lcs.mit.edu[30.18.0.128]

becomes ...

FTP:		export.lcs.mit.edu:contrib/ups.2.31.tar.Z [30.18.0.128]

>C.S.X:          N/A

becomes ...

News:		N/A

And an additional field of ..

Requirements:	needs X11R4 patchlevel 18

When the list is published I will include details as to how use ftp
and a list of standard ftp sites (including shadow sites).  This may
duplicate information in the XFAQ but I think its worth it.

So the new questionnaire is given as follows ....
