i have a sun sparcstation 1+ with 17" color monitor w/gx board sitting
on my desk. i am running 11R4 from MIT.

the problem i am experiencing is that my machine is brought to its
knees if my 48 row xterm has to scroll with a screenfull of text.

my question is this: is there an xterm option i haven't discovered that
can save me from losing all of my hair (especially with biff set and
lots of mail from uucp coming in :-), or is there a modification i can
make to my x server to improve life?
