Ever since OSF/MOTIF 1.1 (or is it XV11R4.1?), I've lost the ability to get an
event when the <SHIFT> or <CTRL> key is depressed by themselves. I tried
adding in a translation, but there appears to be no <Key>shift or <Key>ctrl
keysym.
