Are modern torpedos available in a specialized type for this kind of armor-piercing role, in the same way that tanks carry rounds specifically designed to penetrate the armor of other tanks? I realize that the primary role of attack submarines may be to sink other submarines, but I assume it's also envisioned that they may get to do an old-fashioned assault on surface shipping; so, do they have ammunition specialized for this?
