Hi networkers :
   I , recently, have read a new term called 'Colored Neural Network'. It said
"Colored neural net concept, a departure from the conventional neural nets, has
the ability to solve the problems caused by conventional neural computing
technology."
   I can not find any references about it except above sentences. Any
suggestions or references will be deeply appreciated. Thank you!
