Page 591 of MicroSoft Windows User's Guide:

Disk Size                          Specify how many kilobytes of memory you want to
                                   use for the RAM disk. For example, to create a 640K RAM
                                   disk, type 640. If you don't specify an amount, RAMDrive
                                   create a 64K RAM disk. You can specify a value from 16
                                   to 4096.
